Great home to raise your kids if you love nature, peace, privacy and tranquility. The air quality is
also far better here than in the city yet your just minutes away from the city. The best of both
worlds. The little farm also has a wide variety of Mango trees, guava trees. Logan trees and a

The house has many upgrades in the interior & exterior, not original except for the kitchen and the
master bath which I never got around to upgrading because of a physical injury in 2021. Roof was
replaced in O6, replaced all the plywood, and took the extra step to mop it with tar to extend the life
of the wood, finished with architectural Shingles that still have at least 10 years on them. Replaced
the front door with a solid Mahogany door, replaced the back door with an open French wood door.
My son helped me replace the front garage door and the side door, they are both new within the
last year. Tile floor covering in bedroom two, three, living room and office/dining room was also
replaced by my son within the last year. All of the baseboards are Cedar wood and they were also
replaced within the last year. New LED ceiling lights were installed in the living room, hallway and
Florida room. Still have part of a pallet of tile left for the florida room and kitchen. Replaced the
back porch that partially blew away with Katrina and Wilma in O6 too, with beautiful solid wood
instead of aluminum (which is what I had before). My son even bought beautiful smart Samsung
kitchen appliances this year, we received them in April, all of which are still in a box (smart
Refrigerator, smart Wall Microwave/Oven Combo, smart gas grill countertop, chef 45` wide sink
with matching professional faucet, matching smart dishwasher). So as far as remodeling the
kitchen goes, you would be halfway there. Appliances are just as expensive as solid wood
cabinets and stone countertops. Essentially, if you love the countryside of Miami and you`re
looking for a home to live in for the rest of your life or raise your kids in a safe environment, this
home just needs a little bit of TLC. One more thing, At&t phone service & Starlink internet is a must
out here, it`s far better than cable anyways.
